The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Learning and Development Associate  to join our Talent Team. You will be instrumental in supporting and developing our people in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities:

·  Program deployment planning
·  Instructor management, including assisting in nomination process, scheduling, communication and handling queries
·  Learner management, including assisting in nomination process, registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries
·  Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating and processing invoices
·  Business leader stakeholder and relationship management
·  Learning logistics management, including:
·  set-up training room/facilities
·  monitor and report on absentees
·  provide support to instructors on logistic matters
·  arrange printing of training materials
·  Virtual session production
·  Post course administration, including:
·  compiling and analyzing evaluation results
·  learning compliance check
·  arrange for make-up session
·  Learning reporting support, including:
·  prepare learning reports
·  collate learning information
·  monitor training consumption
·  monitor training needs and compliance
·  Learning budgeting, including leading & influencing the process
·  Oversee end-to-end learning processes
·  Conference / event management,including providing on-site support during overseas/external training events
·  Any other duties assigned

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

·  Familiarity in various virtual delivery platforms and online interaction tools
·  Proficiency in MS office applications
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Excellent written and verbal communication
·  Good excel and power points skills
·  Ability to multi-task, as well as work independently and cohesively in a team
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Detail-oriented and possess initiative
·  Overseas travelling is expected (within ASEAN)

To qualify for the role you must have

Degree/Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

 

Ideally, you also have

Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
