The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As a HR/IT Consultant, you will leverage your experience completed with state of the art trainings, in order to support our clients in defining the appropriate roadmaps for their HR solutions and innovations journey.

 

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

·        Project activities like initial business and processes assessments

·        Formulating recommendations

·        Supporting integrators implementation projects

·        Facilitating change management from technical and organizational aspects

·  Qualifications:

o   Have a Master Degree or equivalent certification in HR

o   Have strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities

o   The ability to work in a truly international team and to collaborate across levels

o   First work experience in IT/HR solutions and the usage of HR processes

o   Fluent language skills in English. French and/or Luxemburgish and/or German language skills are considered an asset
