IT Advisor, Performance Improvement (SAP – Supply Chain Management – OTC) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Buffalo, NY.
Advise clients on Information Technology solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT. Focus on providing one stop solutions for end-to-end project implementation enabled by SAP products. Advise on the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages for manufacturing execution solutions that maximize efficiencies in the Supply Chain. Use proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementation. Incorporate a collaborative working style to leverage business-led, process-based and technology enabled eco-system. Follow a standard implementation process that brings proven methodologies to support planning and technical integration efforts. Provide service offerings covering program management, assessment and reviews, data management capabilities, and end-to-end application development lifecycle.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations or a related field and 4 years of advisory or consulting work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP.
Must have 3 years of experience with SAP SD/OTC, including pricing.
Must have 2 years of project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.
Must have 2 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.
Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of consulting professionals.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
