Investment Project Analyst

The role will be located in any one of the IST office locations, including Manchester, Bristol, Birmignham, Nottingham, Leeds and Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities of the role

1. Triaging enquiries

·  Part of a dedicated team of that provides an initial point of contact for all enquiries received by the GMT from a designated geography (for example, EMEA, Asia Pacific or Americas)
·  Provides a triaging and signposting service for all enquiries ensuring that customers are signposted to correct agencies
·  Cover for colleagues in GMT, when needed, to ensure SLAs and deadlines are met

 

2. Enquiry and Project Handling

·  Gathers information on all enquiries using established protocols so that they can be scoped, prioritised and responded to appropriately
·  Undertakes research, data analysis and develops client proposals to support certain enquiries
·  Record enquiries and investment projects on appropriate systems ensuring all SLAs and deadlines are met

 

Key Targets include:

·  Meeting deadlines and SLAs for enquiry handling
·  Sub national partner

 

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

·  Recent graduate with customer facing experience
·  Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and ability to work with a variety of IT systems and databases
·  Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
·  Proactive, with a commitment to quality, accuracy and close attention to detail
·  Good interpersonal skills, the ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of contacts
·  Able to work under pressure
·  Excellent team player
·  Is exemplary in demonstrating EY values
