About the Job

Help operational and technical support teams in a variety of tasks

·  Creation of technical documentation
·  Preparation of release notes
·  Serving as key point of contact for internal clients and support in technical questions or issues
·  Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to solve IT problems for clients
·  Keeping track of issues and categorization them
·  Anticipating problems and supporting to solve them
·  Overseeing and coordination of routine maintenance
·  Ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and priorities
·  Support for service delivery teams to self-serve
·  Portal functionality and feature testing and support on enhancement of features
·  Management of search engine optimization

 

Support the onboarding team to accomplish diverse goals

·  Onboarding, configuration and maintenance of accounts and users to EY Financial Managed Services Platform
·  Set-up and maintenance of onboarding support documents
·  Creation of weekly reports of the onboarding status
·  People profiling to allow tailored content for users
·  Set-up of demo meetings including configuration of demo accounts and logistical matters
·  Acting on internal/external client feedback

·  Qualifications :
·  currently studying relevant courses and looking for an end-of studies Internship 
·  Excellent listening abilities and experience in interacting with multi-disciplinary teams
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Technology mind-set and analytical skills
·  Excellent command of the English language verbal and written, as well as the French and/or the German language
·  Ability to quickly understand the focus and prioritize tasks
·  Commitment to deliver quality on time
·  People that work solution-oriented
·  Analytical skills and a technology mindset
