Master our state-of the-art EY Financial Managed Services Platform and support our overall Managed Services initiative and service teams to deliver an exceptional Managed Services experience to our clients and grow the business.

About the Job

Support account management teams in a variety of tasks:

· 
·  Tracking opportunities on local and network level, set-up of pipeline and coordination of account activities
·  Maintenance of Managed Services account lists and account plans
·  Set-up of market oversight tools
·  Support on pre-clearance of services
·  Drafting of Managed Services proposals

Support the client portal management team to accomplish diverse goals:

· 
·  Creation of brand and awareness
·  Update of EY Financial Managed Services Platform with content relevant to clients
·  Coordination, oversight and update of MS marketing materials in collaboration with marketing
·  Internal and external communication for EY Managed Services in collaboration respective support teams
·  Managed Services event organization in collaboration with marketing and collaboration with service lines and sectors
·  Update of the Managed Services Luxembourg website with content relevant to clients

·  Qualifications :
·  currently in relevant studies with a focus on business administration and/or marketing
·  seeking end-of studies Internship 
·  Excellent listening abilities and experience in interacting with multi-disciplinary teams
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Excellent command of the English language verbal and written, as well as the French and/or the German language
·  Interest and/or background inPrivate Equity, Real Estate and Asset Management, Banking and Insurance sector
·  Ability to quickly understand the focus and prioritize tasks
·  Commitment to deliver quality on time
