Job description

As an Intelligent Automation Assistant or Senior, you will be part of an international team working on exciting projects that are changing the way how corporations work.  You will support clients in various industries (such as banking, telco, insurance, and others) throughout the entire journey from defining the intelligent automation strategy to improving the processes by using specialized intelligent automation solution.

The opportunity

We are actively seeking for Assistants and Seniors to join our RPA team. You’ll work alongside respected industry professionals, learning and applying leading practices to better manage the process and technology capabilities. Working in a team, you will interact with the client in order to collect all the necessary data, set-up and maintain files, perform business process research and prepare files and reports

Your Key Responsibilities

You will contribute technically to various projects. In line with EY's commitment to quality, you'll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
·  Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
·  Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
·  Working within project planning constraints
·  Communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
·  Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
·  Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  BSc or MSc Degree in IT / Engineering / Maths / Science or related fields, with an active interest in new and emerging technologies
·  0-3 years’ experience
·  Proficient IT skills
·  Programming experience (C#, Python, JavaScript) would be regarded as an advantage.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  Ability to communicate efficiently in a customer facing environment and identify business needs.
·  Ability to prioritize tasks in line with business objectives.
·  High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services.
·  Self-motivated, positive attitude.
·  Willingness to learn and become an expert in Intelligent Automation.
·  For the Senior role, the following is required in addition to the above:
·  Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or Intelligent Automation implementation is required
·  Certifications in RPA tools will be an advantage
·  SAP exposure will be an asset

Ideally, you will also have

·  Experience with RPA software (e.g.BluePrism, WorkFusion, others) would be regarded as an advantage
·  Experience in business process mapping and improvement
