The opportunity
 

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space.  Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.

Your role as a Senior Consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an implementation team member level for EAM clients, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You’ll work with your team members and EY to build an inclusive culture and a high-performing team.

Your key responsibilities

Individual will work as part of a team or individually to lead the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) CloudSuite implementation, providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Infor EAM functional suite, along with subject-matter expertise. Position works directly with the client, providing hands-on leadership, process design, application build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support and/or change management.

 

 

·  Support EAM on-premise and/or CloudSuite implementations, including project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases
·  Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
·  Support the process to partner with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state business processes based on business objectives
·  Support data migration activities from an EAM business perspective
·  Help to configure applications according to requirements and design, and conduct required testing (e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)
·  Understand Infor Implementation Accelerators and support workshops to aid in design process
·  Support development of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption 
·  Teach end users and conduct training classes in the technology
·  Provide post go-live support and problem resolution
·  Possess or gain a solid understanding of Infor EAM applications’ functionality, intended processes, uses and features that business partners can leverage during their daily work 
·  Have experience working with users and development staff on issues and efforts related to the implementation of maintenance, purchasing, service management, and inventory management or other business processes related to EAM engagements
·  Interact with users to obtain information and share information needed for successful system implementation, upgrades, usage and maintenance experience
·  Participate in program leadership, governance and change enablement 
·  Have experience working with relational databases, reporting and other technologies
·  Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets and workplans between projects
·  Participate in other business development activities as appropriate (e.g., proposal presentations)
·  Continually pursue latest product features, functionality and technology innovations to stay current and add value to our projects
·  Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients

To qualify for the role you must have  

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
·  Three or more years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience
·  Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
·  Two to three years of related work experience with the Infor EAM product and a minimum of one years’ experience with Infor EAM CloudSuite
·  Minimum of one Infor EAM implementation over the full life cycle to include requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live and production support
·  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Proven work experience in one or more of the following areas: Facilities Management, Healthcare, Life Sciences, State & Local transit, Utility, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and/or Media and Entertainment
·  Willingness to travel up to 75%; valid driver’s license and US passport required

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Experience in the implementation of condition based and predictive and/or asset performance management (APM)
·  Experience supporting health-related clients/industry
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Experience with Infor Operating Service (OS) and related Infor EAM tools (e.g., BODs, Flex Sql)
