HR Benefits and Compensation Intern (m/f)

September 2021 – 6 months minimum

You will be in charge of multiple tasks related to the Benefits & Compensation department, including:

 

• New hired management.

• Exits management.

• Sickness management.

• Periodic reports & statistics.

• Payroll support.

• Participation in local projects.

 

You will work within a multicultural team with members from different nationalities and backgrounds, tapping into a network that will continuously open new doors and provide advice that makes a difference while working in multi-disciplinary department with leading professionals from other competencies.

·  Qualifications :eligibility requirements include the following:

 

·  You follow a Master Degree, specialized in HR / Business Management or similar and your internship is required for the completion of your Diploma. 
·  In terms of languages, you are fluent in English & French. German or any other languages will be considered as an asset. 
·  A thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. 
·  We are loking for a colleague who is organized, flexible and detail oriented. Being part of a team, we look to see that you are able to work autonomously and proactively with a positive mindset and enjoying working with different a multicultural colleagues in a dynamic environment, having very good communication skills.
