HR Associate with French or German
Your key responsibilities
In this particular role, you will support HR team in Switzerland in responding to process related queries from customer and employees.
· Building and maintaining positive business relationships within a net of stakeholders in EY Switzerland– recruiters, hiring managers, payroll and HR Services
· Managing Core HR process related tasks, through system updates, documents creation and communication to different parties
· Ensuring professional communication at all times in line with EY expectations and policy.
· Attending to HR functional inquiries/requests/transactions as assigned (including inquiries or requests via telephone or email) in accordance with established policies and procedures
· Ensuring all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions

· Fluency in German or French
· Good knowledge of English
