The opportunity
We are looking for Staff with expertise in Learning domain to join the Workforce Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading management consulting firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the Workforce Advisory team.
Your key responsibilities
· Create actionable deliverables for different change management and learning components
· Design and develop behavioural interventions to help the clients execute change activities to drive accelerated adoption and foster cultural change
· Develop change and learning tools and accelerators to aid the internal team members for future engagements
· Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of content
· Build expertise in one or more areas in the HR functional domain, organisational change management and learning
· Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations
· Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
· Consult with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning interventions
· Design and develop learning solutions that cater to people side of change
· Analyse and evaluate learning solution effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements

To qualify for the role, you must have
· Postgraduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)
· 3 – 4 years of work experience/exposure in change management and learning programs and working as part of a globally distributed team
· Experience in being part of a large global transformation effort, in a change management capacity to drive business readiness and business adoption
· Experience on engagements which involved driving behavioural change
· Consulting experience is preferred
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Strong conceptual understanding of change management models and frameworks
· Strong conceptual understanding of behavioural frameworks
· Exposure in stakeholder workshop design and co-facilitation experience
· Strong conceptual understanding of change management models and frameworks
