·  人事信息维护：在候选人接受录取通知后，入职组检查候选人的各项个人信息，创建员工人力资源记录，同时发送员工入职信息、劳动合同等给相关各个部门。
·  员工沟通：在新员工入职前，入职组会给新员工发送邮件，通知新员工入职日期、报到地点、日程安排、着装要求、文件清单以及入职体检等相关事宜。
·  新员工导师、入职伙伴沟通：在新员工入职前，给新员工的导师、入职伙伴发送通知邮件，告知新员工姓名、入职日期、部门、职位等基本个人信息，同时也告知导师及入职伙伴他们的职责及需要采取的行动。
·  问题解答：在此期间，入职组还会解答新员工问询邮件及咨询电话中与入职相关的各种问题。
