APAC Automation Support Team

The use of automation to gain efficiencies is a key focus of EY's Assurance practice and an integral part of the audit services we provide to our clients. The APAC Assurance Technology team collaborates with Assurance client facing teams and Global IT to deliver strategic technology solutions for a wide range of clients.
Requirements for STAFF role
Education & Experience
· 1-2 years of related work experience in administrative and/or data processing role
· Experience in a professional services firm (preferred)
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint,MS Outlook
Key Responsibilities include:
· Monitor requests in the shared mailbox
· Perform quality reviews of project tasks
· Deliver work at agreed deadlines
· Regularly report status and raise concerns to senior/reviewer
· Be proactive to address queries and escalate issues timely with the relevant group
· Establish and manage priorities and work plans
· Report all chargeable hours
· Comply with the firm policies and guidelines, applicable Code of Professional Conduct, and other professional standards, which includes upholding confidential data
· Meet the Global Assurance independence requirements across all EY geographies and clients
· Maintain appropriate training requirements in relevant geographies
