Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technical perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry. 

  

Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Consultants participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success. 

   

 

Skills and attributes for success  

 

·  Facilitate design and decision meetings to achieve desired outcomes
·  Document requirements from key stakeholders including the Product Owner
·  Translate business needs into user stories and prioritizing deliverables within the task list
·  Support resolution of blockers and risks with and on-behalf of the development team
·  Customize Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform applications
·  Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements 
·  Create reports
·  Train end-users 

  

To qualify for the role you must have  

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Systems or related field (MBA a plus) 
·  Minimum of 2+ years of experience in system design or information systems 
·  Experience designing Customer Success Management processes and workflows
·  Experience with Gainsight or Gainsight NXT desired, including configuration of MDA tables, scorecards, journey orchestrator, and/or CTAs (call-to-actions)Great at communicating their ideas and concepts including detailed process flows
·  Minimum of one-year experience (or 2+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform technologies and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations 
·  Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
·  Experience with Jira to create and manage epics and user stories
·  Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams to illustrate future state vision
·  Confident working cross functionality with developers as well as business stakeholders
·  Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities 

 

I deally, you’ll also have  

·  Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred 
·  Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
