Your Key Responsibilities
As a Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice, you are expected to be able to act as a team lead in terms of your understanding of the SAP module in your focus and your ability to lead practitioners throughout the creation and successful delivery of work products. You will be a critical member of the team working with our program leads and key SMA to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution will be delivered on-time and on-budget to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
Skills and attributes for success
You will ideally will have previous exposure to S/4 HANA and will be experienced in areas such as financials, procure to pay, planning and consolidation or data modelling. You will possess excellent communication skills and an inclination to bond with the customer to provide an outstanding service delivery experience.
To qualify for the role you must have
· 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ year of system implementation execution, system implementation design, and/or lean / six-sigma operational improvement
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working
· Previous exposure to S/4 HANA
· At least 2-3 years hands-on experience with at least one SAP module/application such as FICO, AP, AR, BPC, HANA modelling, BI, Bank Analyzer
· Previous exposure to process design and mapping, with a strong understanding of deployment methodologies (ideally agile)
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Successful experience with a Big-4, High-profile SAP client, or key role during an SAP implementation
· Willingness and ability to travel up to 70-100%
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Post-graduate / Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field
· Extensive exposure to requirements gathering and fit-gap analyses
· Strong knowledge of record-to-report processes
· Experience in data modelling and reporting engagements
