TSE テクノロジーチーム紹介

トランザクションストラテジーアンドエグゼキューション（TSE）はNextWaveと呼ばれる EYのグローバル戦略で重点領域とされている戦略プラクティス（EYパルテノン）に所属しています。

TSEではトランザクション（統合、会社・部門分割、価値向上、会社・部門売却）の戦略や計画策定及び実行支援をしており、テクノロジーチームはTSEの中でテクノロジー領域の支援を担当しております。

テクノロジーチームは日本では2018年4月に発足した新しいチームです。

About the TSE Technology team

Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) is part of EY's strategy practice EY Parthenon, a key initiative of EY's global strategy NextWave.

TSE supports the strategy, planning and execution of transactions (mergers, spin-offs, value enhancement, and divestitures), and the technology team is responsible for providing technology-related support within TSE.

Japan's technology team is a new team formed in April 2018.

About the team

·  Working with strategy and technology implementation consultants allows you to get involved in the upstream and downstream process in the technology space
·  Acquire knowledge through project works with consultants with various experiences and skills in various fields (M&A Strategy, Organization, Human Resource, Accounting IT and operations)
·  We have a team of diverse culture and background, with members from different countries and use English often in the work environment
·  Various cross border projects with oversea clients and other EY offices
·  Taking on challenging projects are welcomed (proactiveness is key)
·  Accept various work styles

 

業務内容

（トランザクションの成立前）

·  ITデューディリジェンス :
·   対象会社がテクノロジー企業の場合、販売用ソフトウェアの現状調査、M&Aリスクの把握
·  バックオフィスITの現状調査、M&Aリスクの把握

（トランザクションの成立後）

·  IT 統合/分離/価値向上計画策定 :
·  クライアントが事業会社の場合、現状の詳細分析及び統合/分離方針・計画策定
·  クライアントが投資会社の場合、現状の詳細分析及び価値向上方針・計画策定
·  IT PMO :
·  策定した計画の実行支援(進捗管理、課題管理、工程管理、会議運営、マネジメント報告、チェンジマネジメント、ベンダー選定、コミュニケーション計画、テストや移行計画・推進など)

Responsibilities

(Pre M&A)

·  IT due diligence:
·   If the target is a technology company, examining current conditions of software for sale, and identifying M&A risks
·  Examining of back office IT functions and identifying M&A risks

(Post M&A)

·  IT consolidation/separation/creation of value enhancement plans:
·  If the client is a business company, detailed analysis of the current situation, and creation of integration/separation policies and plans
·  If the client is an investment company, detailed analysis of the current situation, and creation of value enhancement policies and plans
·  IT PMO:
·  Support the implementation of developed plans (progress management, issue management, process management, meeting management, management reporting, change management, vendor selection, communication planning, testing and transition planning/facilitation, etc.)

·  コンサルティングファーム（戦略系、Big4系、IT系など）での業務経験

·  IT領域における現状分析及び計画策定経験
·  Power Point、Excelを用いた業務経験
·  クライアントに対するプレゼンテーション経験
·  英語・日本語を用いた業務経験

·  投資ファンドセクターの経験
·  BPR経験
·  その他の言語スキル(中国語、フランス語など)

Desired skills and experience

(Required)

·  Experience working at a consulting firm (strategy, Big 4, IT, etc.)
·  Experience in implementing or support in implementing system implementation projects
·  Experience in analysis of current conditions in IT area
·  Work experience using Power Point and Excel
·  Presentation experiences with clients
·  Work experience using English and Japanese

(Preferred)

·  IT due diligence experience
·  Creating plans and supporting implementation after transaction completion
·  Experience in the investment fund sector
·  BPR experience
·  Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin or French)
·  Programming experience
·  MBA

·  Director: Project manager for large scale projects. Lead in business development activities.
·  Senior manager: Project manager for small and mid-scale projects. Involved in business development activities under the supervision of a supervisor.
