Job description

At EY Financial Services Organization (FSO) we have a strong Risk Assurance & Advisory business practice. Our dedicated professionals work with prestigious financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, asset management), helping them improve their IT processes & business operations.

The matters we cover

We help our clients to assess risks and advise them on how to best manage those risks. Our expertise spans over the following main areas:
·  Performing risk assessments for both IT & business processes
·  Reviewing processes such as outsourcing management, risk management, change management, logical & physical access security, incident management, business continuity, … .
·  Application control implementation and testing (manual, IT dependent, automated)
·  Third party assurance reporting (supported by international standards such as ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402 , ISOxxxx, Trust Services Principles, or regulations such as the General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR)and specific regulations for the Financial Institutions , …)
·  Using relevant frameworks and methodologies such as COBIT5, NIST and ITIL to deliver added-value advisory services for regulatory and contractual compliance.

To qualify for the role you must have
·  Master degree in a relevant field or relevant experience (3 - 6 years) in a consulting role, or internal / external audit function, with exposure to financial services, or keen interest in further learning about this industry
·  Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
·  Fluency in French and/or Dutch and proficient level of business English
·  Detail oriented, client focused, with a pragmatic approach
·  Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
