Your role in the team

We design immersive programs that bring the right people together, giving them the mindset and collaborative tools to think differently and to achieve better results faster. We are doing this both virtually and in-person for clients around the world.

As a wavespace Experience Designer, you’ll help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used globally diverse spectrum of clients. Rour role will include:

 

*Work with the team to define strategy and design for client business challenges

*Collaborate with the them to devise strategic solutions based on multiple forms of research and analysis 

*Participate in workshops with clients to understand their needs, articulate vision, and support design strategies and experiences that meet their vision and needs 

*Support clients in the use of collaboration software being used in client experience experience workshops 

*Offer ideas on how to approach client challenges including industry trends and user experience research

*Leverage design skills to simply and effectively visualize and represent complex business and technical scenarios through sketches, storytelling and more

*Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems

 

Must and nice-to-haves

*Design research and strategy experience, or a university degree conected to design thinking

*Experience with planning, designing and facilitating workshops, ideally 3-6 years

*Experience working on complex business challenges, experience from the consulting environment will be also handy

*Last but not least, great knowledge of Czech/Slovak and also English
