The opportunity
Clients retain eGRC Managed Services to assist them with transforming their risk functions and implementing technology solutions to provide the executive leadership with valuable insight for decision making. As an eGRC professional you will belong to a globally connected team of specialists delivering services from our Dallas Service Center.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a member of our eGRC service center, you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions around:
· Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technology enablement, specifically RSA Archer
· Third-party risk management (TPRM)
· Oracle security
· Cloud services
Skills and Attributes for Success
· Experience in applying fundamental risk management principles
· Performing analysis and documentation of business and technical processes
· Research industry leading practices related to governance, risk, and compliance
· Perform technical configuration of industry leading GRC tools such as RSA Archer and ServiceNow
· Provide timely, comprehensive and accurate information in both written and verbal communications
· Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements for GRC technology
To qualify for the role, you must have
· 2+ years of professional experience
· ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) at minimum with advanced certifications preferred
· RSA Archer Certifications: Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Ability to learn and work with technologies related to governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., RSA Archer and Oracle security)
· Ability to think critically and problem solve
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and activities
· Consistently deliver quality work products
· A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Must be open to constructive feedback and strive for continuous improvement
· Decision-making capabilities, with an ability to weigh the pros and cons of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one
· An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach
Ideally, you’d also have
· High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related area of study preferred
· Prior military experience preferred
