As a Digital Consultant in our Insurance Transformation practice, you will:

·  Support clients in providing creative & innovative answers to their most complex questions
·  Interact with key external & internal stakeholders
·  Contribute to new solutions for the insurance sector
·  Lead a diverse project team
·  Share your knowledge and experience
·  Build a strong and international professional network

What are we looking for?

·  Master degree in a relevant field (applied economics, commercial engineer, mathematics, applied informatics, etc.) or equivalent through experience
·  Between 2 to 6 years professional experience in financial services with a strong interest in the insurance sector
·  Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluent in French and Dutch
·  Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy and proactivity
·  Eagerness to learn and contribute to the insurance industry
·  Analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic mindset
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Creative and critical thinking
·  Relevant certifications are a plus
