The opportunity:
The position supports the service delivery team responsible for the management of the implementation of Digital technology within the EY Audit. The 10x Accelerator Service Delivery team support the overall process of the Digital audit starting when the audit team places a request to utilize a tool, to capturing and processing data to utilizing audit methodology applying data analytics. This team works with each region resources managing the overall workflow, interacts daily with all levels of audit professionals and is a critical function within EY. The Associate position would be involved in all of these core functions within the 10x team reporting to the Supervising Associate and Associate Director on a daily basis.
Position responsibilities include monitoring of the 10x helpdesk mailboxes used by Audit teams to ask questions, and identify challenge which requires strong communication skills to work with all levels of an audit team from the staff to the Partner. Requires ability to learn the overall operations, and process to help the team focus on developing new solutions and ways to improve the overall 10x Service Delivery model. Work with the Reporting leader on maintaining PowerBI dashboard reporting and create periodic reporting packages for Assurance and 10x leadership. This person would also interact daily with a team of GDS professionals partnering with executing specific tasks and building that cross functional team. There are opportunities for some travel to participate in 10x sponsored initiatives. The Associate would not only be involved in the 10x function, but there are opportunities to work on several innovation initiatives outside of their core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitoring of multiple 10x helpdesk mailboxes to answer questions and support the order process
· Produces reporting, allowing leadership to make recommendations to drive improvements.
· Supports the overall order fulfillment process by monitoring the data submissions, working with audit teams on exception reporting and making updates to order details in the 10x Service Portal
· Supports the development of the Service Delivery model policies and procedures.
· Supports overall workflow of service delivery process including monitoring progress, identifying short-falls and addressing short-falls with Region resources.
Skills and attributes necessary for success:
· Must be comfortable with using and learning different technology platforms to execute daily tasks
· Strong analytical skills to recognize trends and report issues
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
· Project management skills and the ability to understand project objectives and develop procedures/protocol to achieve those objectives.
· Develop an understanding of the firm’s business, organizational structure and operations to effectively identify opportunities to support the firms’ strategy and key initiatives.
· Ability to demonstrate strong cultural awareness skill to facilitate working as a global team and groups
· Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
· Overtime, as needed to meet deadlines and provide additional support during busy season
To Qualify, you must have:
· The skills listed above for success, with strong emphasis on technology and project management skills
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
· Bachelors’ Degree, or equivalent experience
