What will you be doing?

Our Data & Analytics practice is looking for a Data Governance & Quality Consultant to strengthen our Information Strategy team in a wide range of projects within the Financial Sector market.

As a Data Governance & Quality Consultant, you will support the clients in defining and implementing their Data Governance strategy, and deliver different Data Governance, regulatory and Quality projects. Furthermore, you will actively help our practice in its objective to stay a Leader in Data & Analytics.

·  Conduct Data Governance and Quality studies (Assessments, gap analysis, recommendations)
·  Define Data Governance roadmaps and contribute to the roll-out of data governance into an enterprise
·  Contribute the definition and implementation of business glossary, data inventory, metadata management
·  Contribute to the improvement of data quality and understand how to turn governance into a key enabler toward this objective
·  Set data governance, data quality, date security, data privacy, data issues remediation guidelines and standards.
·  Implement technical solutions to support clients data governance and quality initiatives
·  Be solution-oriented to solve data quality issues
·  Act as a data champion, ensuring data quality measures and data governance are implemented correctly

Who are we looking for?

·  You are passionate about Data & Analytics and you want to continue to develop your expertise in this domain
·  You have a proven track record and at least 2-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: data strategy, Data  architecture, data modeling, data governance, Business Intelligence, reporting & data warehousing.
·  You have experience in conducting business & technology interviews & workshops
·  You have experience on metadata management
·  You have good understanding of industry standard Data Governance, Quality and Security frameworks
·  You have the ability to draft data policies, standards and guidelines
·  You have experience with Data profiling, data querying and Data Quality dashboards
·  You have experience in working with Data Governance and quality tools : Collibra, Informatica, Ab Initio, Trillium, IBM, etc.
·  You have a keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond
·  You make yourself regularly aware of latest Data & Analytics trends and solutions
·  You are a good communicator and are able to build trusted relationship with the clients
·  You have a strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
·  You are eager to learn and grow professionally
·  You have Master’s Degree in Economics, (Business) Engineering, Sciences, IT, Computer Sciences or Statistics
·  Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a proficient level of business English
