The opportunity
Clients retain Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance Managed Services to assist them with the continued transformation of their risk functions after the implementation of technology solutions to provide executive leadership with valuable insights for decision making. As an eGRC professional, you will belong to a globally connected team of specialists delivering services from our Dallas Service Center.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our eGRC service center, you will be part of a specialized team supporting the delivery of risk and technology solutions, including managed service support around:
· Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technology enablement and on-going support on either ServiceNow or RSA Archer platforms
· Third-party risk management enablement (TPRM) on either ServiceNow, RSA Archer or ProcessUnity platforms
Skills and Attributes for Success
· Responsible for managing eGRC service center delivery for GRC and TPRM offerings
· Supervising daily activities of 8-10 service center Tier 1 or 2 Analysts
· Managing project/engagement budgets for eGRC service center capabilities
· Support development of policies and procedures to guide eGRC service center activities
· Assist eGRC service center manager with project planning and identification of opportunities to improve delivery of services
· Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement requirements on managed service engagements
· Communicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to eliminate roadblocks and drive collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence
· Maintain a professional, communicative relationship with eGRC engagement team utilizing eGRC service center support
· Ability to provide timely, comprehensive and accurate information in both written and verbal communications
To qualify for the role, you must have
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related area of study
· 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
· Proficiency with scripting and data integration within the ServiceNow platform preferred
· Possess working knowledge of and prior experience applying risk management fundamentals
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proven leadership skills (e.g., prior experience successfully managing 10+ personnel)
· Past experience mentoring and developing personnel
· Past experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects / work streams
· Ability to think critically and problem solve
· A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Proactive attitude, seeking for improvement opportunities which can positively impact the business
· An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach
· Decision-making capabilities, with an ability to weigh the pros and cons of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one
· Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ideally, you’d also have
· Certifications: ServiceNow (CSA) and RSA Archer (ACP) certifications preferred
· Prior military experience preferred
