Job description

Consulting - Technology Consulting - Digital & Emerging Technologies - Blockchain – Scrum Master (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Orlando, FL.

As part of a collaborative group working on blockchain, facilitate scrum activities including daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives. Gather business and functional requirements from clients, and work with account and development teams to translate requirements into user stories and features. Implement Agile or Scrum principle workflows for client, account, and development teams. Solve technical problems and provide innovative solutions to build and support client solutions and implementations. Provide managed services, digital and emerging technologies including blockchain, service delivery centers, and select system implementation practices to clients. Build core digital products, emergent applications, and implement blockchain solutions. 
  
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. 

Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Applied Science, Operations, or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate consulting or advisory work experience. 



Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Applied Science, Operations, or a related filed and at least 4 years of consulting or advisory work experience. 



Must have at least 3 years of work experience in implementing Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools, including JIRA. 



Must have at least 3 years of project management experience by managing multiple projects, creating project budgets, and managing resource planning and engagement economics. 



Must have at least 3 years of work experience in presenting in oral and written communications to executive-level clients. 



Must have at least 3 years of experience leading teams of advisory/consulting professionals. 



Requires travel up to 85%.
