The opportunity: 

The Process Excellence team advises clients on their most pressing business process challenges and opportunities; whether it be on business strategy, enterprise architecture, business process design, business operations, process modernization or business architecture transformation. Our Process Excellence team helps our clients sustain competitive advantage and profitability by developing strategies to stay ahead of the rapid pace of change and disruption by supporting the execution of complex transformations.    

Your key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting on client engagements, working with high-performing teams to analyze, evaluate and enhance our clients’ business architectures. You will interface with clients at all levels of an organization to help them solve their most challenging questions. You will also support the Process Excellence practice in developing new offerings and thought leadership to take to market, enhancing our capabilities and services. 

Skills and attributes for success:

You will spend most of your time assisting on all phases of client delivery for an exciting variety of projects. You will have a keen interest and understanding of business architecture and process excellence across the client life cycle, and a keen interest in innovation, strategy and driving efficiency for our clients. You will be a critical thinker with strong analytical and communication skills. 

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

·  A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field 
·  A minimum of two years of related work experience (or one year for a master’s degree) 
·  At least one year of experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services 

Ideally, you’ll also have:  

·  Experience working on complex business architecture problems involving multiple business processes/process segments to identify risks, impacts and opportunities 
·  Extensive knowledge and understanding of business process analysis and enhancing procedures to accomplish business objectives 
·  Experience working with Enterprise Architecture resources 
·  Experience leading large-scale business process improvement and process reengineering initiatives 
·  Experience and knowledge of Visio, Signavio, BluePrism, ARIS and Celonis 
·  Industry certifications on Six Sigma, Lean Management and Agile methodologies
