· Perform secretarial duties
· Manage and maintain administration job
· Perform work assigned by others.
· Provide time/ resource / estimates for assigned tasks including time tracking activities where appropriate and in accordance with company guidelines
Requirements :
· Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree, with Secretarial or equivalent major from reputable universities (CGPA min. 3.00)
· Min. 3 years of experiences as Secretary
· Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate both written and verbally in English
· Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
· Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys challenge
