Consultant – RPA in Tax Technology & Transformation
The opportunity
Due to continuing expansion we have new opportunities for ambitious individuals to join our Tax Technology & Transformation Team. You will receive extensive training and support from a variety of leading tax technology professionals to assist you in building a successful career within EY.
Your key responsibilities
• 2 - 6 years of exp in developing complex automation using RPA, Python, Javascript
• 2+ years of developing complex, consumer facing desktop and web applications, Excel automation using Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
• 2+ Experience in - Pandas/Numpy/Tkinter/FlaskAPI/SQL/xLwriter/ModinPandas/Sklearn/Pyodbc/Pymongo/matplotlib/seaborn libraries/Selenium
• Has worked on Web Scraping and Selenium automation using Python
• Data re-engineering ,wrangling and manipulation in excel using libraries of Python
• Handling bigdata equivalent datasets
• Window interface design using Javascript+HTML+CSS, tkinter, PYQT, Pyautogui
• Email automation using Python
• Experience in cross platform integration using Node.js / Electron (React/Angular)
• Exposure to Web Deployment using Flask, Docker over REST API
• Exposure to Machine leaning Models /Training/Plotting is an added advantage
• Strong expertise in SQL Programming/Query/Joins/Procedures
• Great to have Knowledge/experience in Machine learning & Modelling techniques
• Must have Knowledge/experience in VBA/Macro
• Strong concept of Object-Oriented Programming, multi-threading programming concepts
• Knowledge/Experience in design patterns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal & written) skills
• Willing to learn and work across multiple technologies
• Identify and scope RPA opportunities through exploratory engagements with the key business and project stakeholders
• Support business stakeholders define to-be process and solution requirements
• Collect and comprehend baseline information of current process client workflows, performance, business rules and key metrics

To qualify for the role you must have
• Graduate degree in computer science
• Minimum 2-6 years of experience
• Experience with Robotic process automation (RPA) from the process automation
• Experience in Python programming
• Experience in Javascript and front-end
• Experience in establishing the governance and structure of RPA center of excellence (COE) is a great plus.
• Certification in at least one of the RPA tool is must
• Certification in any analytical tool is plus
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
