Finance services are designed to improve the performance of clients’ finance organizations and their businesses as a whole. We help organizations achieve strategic alignment of their financeorganization, implement service and cost improvement initiatives and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

 

The opportunity

As a member of the Finance team, you will work across the entire financial process of a client. Working with them, you will create more innovative answers, collaborate across the organization, helping to improve finance and accounting processes and delivering the technology to help make it happen. Skills and attributes for success

Experience in general Business / Improvement Consulting including:

·  Supporting with current state assessments and future state design and implementation
·  Assisting with business case development
·  Working within a team to design and run large scale programs of change
·  Supporting finance function transformation and change (Strategy, Process, System and Data and People)
·  Providing assistance on ERP implementations (Microsoft, SAP, Blackline, Oracle etc.)
·  Delivering emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning or AI
·  Data Analysis/visualisation
·  Strong project management experience and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deadlines
·  Lateral thinking and problem solving skills, as well as great attention to detail
·  An ability to work collaboratively in a team
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver exceptional quality reporting

Ideally, you will have

·  3+ years professional experience in a finance performance environment – consulting or industry
·  A finance related degree, and/or have completed or progressing a CA or CPA or CIMA
