The opportunity

We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Enterprise Risk team in Copenhagen. The rank we consider you at will be dependent on the level of experience you have. We are looking for different profiles, backgrounds and working experience.

 

Enterprise Risk supports clients in transforming their risk practices, from developing new governance models to identifying and addressing key risk areas. We leverage technology and integrate risks to drive strategic value, build and maintain trust in a rapidly changing risk landscape.

Your key responsibilities

In Enterprise Risk we perform internal audits, develop audit plans, assist companies with finance transformation projects and Third Party Risk Management, and our main stakeholders are Audit Committees, CAEs, Head of Internal Audits, CFOs and other key C-suite stakeholders.

 

The work will also consist of identifying and describing best-practice processes related to strategic, financial, operational and regulatory objectives, as well as adapting people, technology and data thereto. In addition, the work involves preparation of analyses, publications and campaigns for external marketing as well as sales work based on networks and previous engagements.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Ability to communicate and present in an accurate, clear and concise way
·  Ability yp manage several technical complex engagements simultaneously and deliver high-quality within expected timeframes and budgets
·  You are innovative, and are good at seeing alternative solutions and options
·  You are openminded and good at building relationships with clients and partners
·  You have technology interest and are familiar with data mining and data analytics

 

To qualify for the role you must have

·  A master's degree in business, technology related fields, accounting, finance, or a related discipline
·  Between 0 and 4 years of experience working as an IA auditor or Risk/Compliance adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry
·  interest and experience in applying relevant knowledge in at least one of the following engagements:

(a) assessing risk management and internal controls frameworks, including testing of design and operational effectiveness. (b) developing risk remediation strategies (c) performing and interpreting gap analysis (d) experience in Enterprise Resource Management and related risk analysis, process analytics, and business intelligence and (e) Third Party Risk Management.

 

Ideally you will also have:

·  Experience with project management and strong analytical competences
