Our Performance Improvement/ Organization Advisory team members focus on the priorities and challenges our clients are facing. Key concerns for clients, both from the private and public sector, include defining / redefining their strategy, measuring performance, managing risk, designing and implementing procedures as well as effectively driving change management.

 

Our focus areas within the area of Performance Improvement Advisory are:

·  Qualifications:

·  You hold a Master Degree / Engineering Degree in Economics, Management or equivalent
·  You have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Consulting / Strategy Consulting or Digital Marketing
·  You are willing to combine business acumen with analytical skills and vice versa
·  You can easily integrate and work in a truly international team, collaborate across levels
·  You are fluent in English. French and/or German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset
