Construction and Real Estate Technology, CREAS, SC&O (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA.

Lead teams to define real estate and construction data and technology strategies and design healthy buildings and workplace solutions that increase operational efficiency and help achieve business. Lead engagement teams in assessing the portfolio and operational needs of Real Estate and Facilities organizations of Fortune 1000-type companies and develop and implement technology and data strategies for maximizing their use of real estate. Lead consulting professionals through complex construction and real estate concepts, including portfolio optimization, space planning, occupancy and utilization analytics, location modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, integrated workplace management systems, and IoT deployments. 

Provide expertise to executive-level clients and stakeholders for domestic and multinational companies on current business and real estate industry trends relevant to the client industries, covering but not limited to real estate, hospitality, construction, consumer products and retail, advanced manufacturing, and financial services. Support large-scale implementations of enterprise applications for clients owning and operating real estate. Develop blueprints of functional and business processes for implementation. Conduct product design sessions with clients, contractors and developers to aid the development of software functionality. Manage development and operations teams, both on- and off-shore, during the design, build and deployment stages of enterprise applications. Manage agile product development sprints and testing cycles; performing integration and user acceptance testing of core and custom-built system functionality. Work with vendors/software providers to demonstrate product capabilities; support vendor selection process for clients. Support the service line in development and deployment of Software-as-a-service and Product-as-a-service offerings to real estate clients. Perform product management responsibilities including definition of product strategy and roadmap, development of requirements, pilot programs with early-stage and EY proprietary products. Perform technical project management activities such as scrum and RAID tracking, budget-to-actuals tracking, invoicing and steering/working committee presentations. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. 
Full time employment, Monday– Friday,40hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, related work experience in real estate professional services. Must have a  Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field and 7 years of progressive, related work experience in real estate professional services. Must have 5 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated workplace management systems, including IBM Tririga, Yardi and/or Nakisa. Must have 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Manager working on the development of a Real Estate focused technology product in the B2B model. Must have 4 years of experience in the workplace technology space, developing and/or implementing solutions specifically around occupancy, space utilization and portfolio rationalization. Must have 5 years of experience as a project manager for technology projects including system selection, implementation, integration and change management. Must have 7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. Must have 2 years of experience in: Blue Prism RPA software, R Statistical Packages, Python, and/or similar software. Must have 5 years of experience managing a diverse team of professionals on multiple project teams. Must have 5 years of experience working on global teams and cross-functional teams. Must have 5 years of experience communicating with C-level and executive-level clients and stakeholders. Must be eligible to obtain CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, MRICS, PE, PMP, LEED or CCIM certification within one year of hire. Requires travel up to 50%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
