For our office in Diegem we are looking for a Compliance Assistant to the People Advisory Services department to support the team in their activities.

Your key responsibilities
· Tracking and updating via the local data base (BeOne) on due dates of all compliance work and inform/check with the team regarding follow-up
· Handle the sending out of the compliance work including updating the local data base
· Handle communications to the tax authorities and clients
· Prepare template letters regarding sending back blank tax returns, postal cheques and wrong bank accounts including tracking in local data base and other letters to the tax authorities
· Assist with QRM: create clients in data base, send contracts and follow-up
· Make phone messages of each incoming phone call
· Cc executive of the team if important/urgent client issues
· Handle the agenda of the team
· Handle the incoming post and ensure proper follow up and saving in the local data base
· Input in local data base relevant information/changes received with respect to the compliance work (i.e. tax forms, tax assessments, reminders, paper questionnaires, claims, tax inquiries, audits, applications, … )
· Make sure that everything is saved on SharePoint using the correct naming conventions
· Organization of extensions on certain activities
· Organization of team meetings and participate as well
To qualify for the role you must have
· You hold a degree in administration or have experience in a similar role
· Professional experience is an advantage but not required
· You have a good spoken and written knowledge of Dutch, French and English
· You have excellent organizational and communication skills
· You are flexible
