The opportunity

As part of EY’s focus on the people agenda of organizations and change initiatives, our People Advisory Services (PAS) professionals assist our clients in successfully managing and sustaining people, process and/or technology change. This may include the identification and management of stakeholders, leadership development, organizational design, training, cultural assessment and development, talent management, workforce strategies, and planning and executing key communications.

We are seeking a Manager and a Senior Consultant level expert for our PAS practice. As a member of EY PAS you will become a part of a diverse team with a broad range of experiences and backgrounds in business areas. We are currently around 100 people in the Nordic team. The Nordic EY PAS is a part of a wider EY global consulting practice with over 50,000 professionals.   

 

 

Your key responsibilities

·  Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts. Lead change management stream as a member of client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage transformation projects to budget.
·  Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverables and within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
·  Develop and maintain productive relationships with the client project team. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service. Understand the clients industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
·  Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge of modern change management concepts and tools, as well as actively learn new solutions.
·  Generate new business opportunities by actively collaborating with different internal EY service lines, and by working as a member of pursuit development teams. Develop long-term client relationships and networks.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Change management and transformation project experience
·  Project management experience
·  Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  High level of motivation and positive learning attitude
·  Flexibility and ability to travel

To qualify for the role you must have

·  A University level degree and approximately 3-5 years of related work experience for Senior Consultant position, OR
·  A masters degree and over 5 years of related work experience for Manager position
·  Experience in providing advisory services in a number of the following change enablement areas: change management, stakeholder management, communications, organizational design, leadership development, training, governance, workforce strategies, talent management and culture
·  Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Finnish
