The opportunity
In your role as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator you'll provide support to the Campus Recruiters throughout the campus recruitment cycle to attract and recruit the best student talent to EY.
Your key responsibilities
· Promote events by sending promotion materials to careers services, faculties and societies.
· Prepare for recruitment events including; managing student registrations, coordinating logistics for virtual and face to face events including, setting up log-in links, room bookings, catering, calendar invitations, preparation of name badges and event schedules.
· Attend recruitment events on campus, EY premises as well as virtually.
· Screen and manage candidate applications throughout the recruitment process using our recruitment system, and ensuring high levels of candidate care during the selection stages of recruitment.
· Help organise assessment centres, including calling candidates, sending confirmations, preparing materials and providing on the day support.
· Contract preparation and administration
· Assist with the on-boarding process of casuals, interns and graduates
· Coordinate logistics and communications for our Early Identification Programs.
Skills and attributes for success
· Degree qualified with previous experience in high volume recruitment support or marketing role.
· Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
· Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
· A passion for campus recruitment.
· You will be required to work overtime and flex hours in busy periods and be available for occasional evening events.
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast pace, complex environment.
· Ability to be agile and support teams remotely in other locations
