Business Transformation – Senior Consultant

The opportunity

EY is a professional services firm, providing Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, Tax related services to domestic and international clientele. We invite you to join us as a Business Transformation Senior Consultant. 

The Business Transformation team focuses on management consulting services including corporate & functional strategy development, process improvement of customer experience and overall business performance (efficiency and revenue) supplied to both local and global clients covering various sectors.

Your key responsibilities
·  Perform project delivery tasks related to corporate & functional strategy development, improvement of business operation & processes independently under close supervision of project manager
·  Undertake market, strategy and operational assessments (data gathering from primary & secondary information sources, structured data analysis, process observations)
·  Synthesize analysis results and draw meaningful conclusions and alternative solutions
·  Facilitate assessment and design workshops 
·  Design results in structured format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, process modelling tools)
·  Support project manager in pro-active manner to deliver project tasks on time in a high quality
·  Actively participate in client discussions

To qualify for the role you must have
·  3+ years work experience in project environment in the field of strategy, digital innovation, process improvement  or at a top-tier consulting firm
·  Bsc or Msc Degree in the field of Economics
·  Strong consulting skillset: structural and pro-active design thinking, fact-based problem solving, convincing communication
·  Outstanding communication & presentation skills in Hungarian and English
·  Advanced user level in MS Office tools
