The opportunity

We are looking for experienced trainers in soft skills (Leadership, Communication, Management, Critical thinking, Sales & Presentations skills, etc) who would be responsible for developing and conducting training courses for corporate and open enrolment projects.

Your key responsibilities

·  Participating in negotiations with customers;
·  Developing and adapting training materials;
·  Holding of trainings (online, offline, e-learning);
·  Providing post-training support.

To qualify for the role, you must have

·  At least 3 years of experience as a business coach;
·  Ukrainian, English, Russian proficiency;
·  Experience in developing trainings;
·  Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

·  Relevant professional certifications(EQ, MBTI, DISC, ICF, etc.)
·  Experience in e-learning course development.
