Your key responsibilities

  You will work within an engagement team and be responsiblefor identifying business requirements, management requirements, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.

·  Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
·  Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
·  Ability to mentor junior staff and grow a team

To qualify for the role you must have

·  5 -10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
·  At least 3 years of experience leading teams
·  A minimum of 3 full RE technology life cycle implementations
·  A Bachelor’s degree

In addition, successful Senior Consultants will have the following preferred background : 

·  A TRIRIGA certification or equivalent is preferable
·  Ability to facilitate design sessions
·  Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing design documents
·  Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) including the complete testing phase
·  Experience with use case development
·  Understanding of software development to a common coding practice, version control and architectural standard
·  Software development experience using Sequel and database structures
·  Experience with TRIRIGA perceptive apps / UX design
·  Experience in applied unit testing, mock interfaces and synthetic data
·  Understanding of system architecture and Component based architecture and design
·  Familiarity with SOA, portal, J2EE, and Microsoft technologies, such as: Portals/Portlets (i.e. WebSphere Portal, WebLogic Portal),Rules Engines (i.e. iLog, Haley, TIBCO Business Works) Content Management (i.e. FileNet, Box, Documentum, SharePoint) Programming Structures (i.e. .NET, J2EE, XML), Business Process Modeling (BPM) Tools ,Cloud Computing Integration (i.e. Amazon, Google). Server Integrations (i.e. WebSphere)
·  Experience leading daily software quality and change management control such as validating source code documentation and software quality control and reporting
·  Applied experience in estimating software development work, reporting progress and quality metrics to management
·  Applied experience team-based software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM
