The opportunity

The objective of our Banking Performance Improvement Practice is to provide sustainable operations delivering effective products and services in a compliant environment that is cost effective. Growth oriented transformation enhancing the operating model and associated infrastructure to support product innovation, enhanced customer experience, and portfolio protection and growth.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for taking direction from a manager on a client engagement team within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance operational transformational programs within Consumer Banking, Mortgage and Wholesale Banking.

To qualify for the role you must have
·  a bachelor's degree or a graduate degree 
·  a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services, specifically within (mortgage, consumer, auto finance or wholesale)
·  Assist on project teams through all phases of the technical and operational enablement life cycle. Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the functional requirements, design, and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, system design and interface requirements
·  Experience with target operating model design defining target state business, operations, technology, and control partner functions, processes, organizations, architecture and roadmap to support strategic priorities and changing regulation
·  Capability Maturity Model planning, roadmap development and investment prioritization for large-scale, strategic, and transformative initiatives
·  Core Platform Transformation by replacing core technology platforms to conform with changing regulatory landscape and enable the realization of strategic business priorities including improved client experience, market expansion and easier partner/correspondent banking integration
·  Current state and future state technology assessment and gap analysis, process assessment, reengineering and operational implementation experience
·  You will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. As such, you must have the ability to travel. This travel can be as much as 80% to 100% of a work week. Travel may be international. In addition you must have a driver’s license as many clients are not within range of public transportation
  Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Vendor assessment, selection, and transformation
·  Workforce readiness
·  Expense and operating efficiency analysis
·  Channel (branch, online, ATM, mobile, contact center) transformation
·  Core system conversion (origination, servicing, secondary marketing)
·  Design, testing, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions
