Business Analyst
Business analyst to facilitates constant business process improvement by regular investigation, analysis, review and documentation specific areas of a business in terms of its functions and processes.
The opportunity
Working as a team/team lead in one or more Insurance projects for International Customer.
Your key responsibilities
· Interface and communication with the onsite coordinators
· Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
· Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
· Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
· Travelling to customers locations on need basis
· Building a quality work culture
· Managing performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
· Fostering teamwork and lead by example
· Training and mentoring of project resources
· Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Skills and attributes for success
· Over 2 years experience in end to end implementation of Insurance Solution as Business Analyst
· Working as part of a team to implement & support customer’s platform for Insurance
· Ability to gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) from our customers and translate these into personalized configuration and setup
To qualify for the role, you must have
· Experience in Insurance areas including Claim Center, Billing Center, Policy Center
· Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSD
· Ability to act as a Module Lead and lead the Development team & Functional Team
· Ability to act as a bridge between the client and the Developers, translate the requirement into technical language for the developers
· Skills to analyse and identify the root cause of the issues identified during testing phase
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Must have excellent communication skills
· Should have presentation skills
· Client management experience (Stakeholder management)
