The Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) Supervisor will be a part of the BMC team at EY Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City office. This position requires working closely with the firm’s spokespeople to promote their points of views (PoVs) in the marketplace and communicate with different stakeholders, and work with service leaders and their teams to organize GTM events, as well as manage and provide BMC services to the internal clients, in line with the firm’s objectives, to build and uphold the firm’s brand.
Your key responsibilities
The successful candidate is expected to have capabilities to cover the below-focused areas:
1. Communications
Content development
· Develop materials including press releases, media articles, digital content, social media posts, news bulletins, and other content for external and internal communications and publications
· Coordinate and contribute to the development of global/regional/local publications and thought leadership.
Profiling
· Identify targeted PoVs and profiling opportunities for the firm’s spokespeople across a variety of branding and communications platforms
· Craft compelling communications angles and develop respective communications materials.
2. Event management
· Coordinate with relevant teams to organize external and internal events
· Co-create event concept to effectively position the firm’s PoVs in the marketplace.
3. Brand management
· Provide brand services to internal clients (i.e. SCORE, training)
· Manage brand compliance in initiatives with external stakeholders.
4. Others
· Work with the team to maintain and develop different marketing channels
· Produce reports on BMC’s efforts and commitments.
Skills and attributes for success
· Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese is a must.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Energetic, agile, enthusiastic, well-organized, responsible, supportive, able to lead self and others.
· Strong writing and analytical skills, including writing features, press releases, speeches, and different types of communications
To qualify for the role you must have
· Minimum of four years of corporate marketing and communications experience, preferably in professional service industries, financial institutions with regional exposure, business chamber and/or public relations agency
· Having writing/editing experience in local or international media, news organizations or publishing houses is an advantage
· University degree in journalism, communications, economics, business administration or relevant field would be added values
