The Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) Senior Officer will be a part of the BMC team at EY Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City office. This position requires working with the BMC team leaders and professional and functioning teams in delivering BMC services, i.e. designing, web management, event organizations, and brand management. Preferred candidates should be familiar with and passionate about graphic design, web creation and management platforms, and BMC’s multitasks.

Your key responsibilities:

The successful candidate is expected to have capabilities to cover the below focused areas:

1. Designing

·  Develop design concepts and perform the design works, including event and communication materials (email, invitation, presentation deck, backdrop, banner, cards, newsletter, etc.), different types of publications (magazine, video, etc.) and branded merchandise
·  Coordinate with internal clients and external designing/printing/producing suppliers for expectation management and product quality.

2. Web management

·  Create web pages based on all information provided and add proper components/modules - as required by the web content manager, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS and Translation Management System (Smartling)
·  Diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all pages, while ensuring its optimal performance Assure the quality control and visual aesthetics of content, images, videos, and other files in the web pages
·  Perform the web analysing and reporting (using Adobe Analytics).

3. Brand management and Event organization

·  Support the team leaders in providing brand services to internal clients (i.e. SCORE, training)
·  Support the team leaders in organizing and facilitating GTM and internal events.

4. Others

·  Work with the professional and functional teams to ensure compliant with the internal processes and requirements relevant to BMC’s services and operations.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Fluent in English (especially reading comprehension)
·  Possess an eye for design and knowledge in design software and a mindset to learn things and undertake add-on responsibilities
·  Attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
·  Energetic, agile, enthusiastic, well-organized, responsible, supportive, able to lead self and others.

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Proficient in Adobe suites for graphic designing and video production, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and MS Office applications such as PowerPoint
·  Minimum 2 years of experience with and comfortable in using AEM CMS, TMS, and Adobe Analytics for managing, creating, and publishing the pages and reporting the web performance and efficiency
·  Familiar with the offerings of AEM CMS to suggest the right templates and modules to the stakeholders for achievement of their marketing purpose is an advantage
·  SEO or any digital marketing or Google Ads/Analytics certifications and/or experience are advantages
