The opportunity
We are looking for a number of Blue Prism Developers within the Financial Services Technology Consulting team to be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
The team focuses on clients in the Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management sectors, and is known for its capability in productivity improvement, operational transformation, simplification and cost optimisation.
Your key responsibilities
· Demonstrating implementation capability in technology-led transformation projects, including process automation, software robotics, financial services operations, or banking and insurance technology.
· Acting as a key contributor on project teams of both clients and EY consultants, and possibly third parties.
· Continuously developing your own skills to remain current in the market.
· Being a reliable go to person and working with EY’s key stakeholders to consult to clients about what is happening in the market and helping to solve the issues relevant to them
Skills and attributes for success
· Experience and certified with Blue Prism robotic process automation (RPA) (essential)
· 1-2 years development experience (essential)
· 1-5 years professional experience, preferably in consulting or financial services in a relevant position
· Good team and client relationship skills, including an ability to engage well with others
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Strong people and project delivery experience, including working in teams
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

The preferred applicant will be subject to employment screening by EY or by their external third party provider. Regarding this role, the minimum salary is $95,000 including 9.5% superannuation.
