Your key responsibilities
Work collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams of resources in all aspects of the design and delivery of solutions, including strategy/operating model, solution architecture/design and software development/implementation. You will have direct interaction with our clients, working on process transformation projects. Support client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services and lead business development activities.

· Understanding our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible
To qualify for the role you must have
· Bachelor's degree (MBA or MS preferred) in computer science, engineering, or related field and approximately 2 years of related experience
· Demonstrated software development and team leadership expertise through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture and system design, development and production release
· Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
· Hands-on experience in most of the following areas:
· Application Architecture and Design
· Definition of technical requirement
· Development of Business and technical requirements
· System selection and implementation support
· Proof of Concept design and implementation
· Business and IT process reengineering
· Application integration
· Agile software development
· Previous Application/Package experience in any of the following:
· Camunda, at least one implementation
· Hands – on Java experience
· Other automation tools RPA, OCR/ICR, not a must
· Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80-100%
· Valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport
Ideally, you’ll also have
· Prior consulting experience with a consulting firm or large global financial institution
