We are looking for you to join our newly established Account Management Center of Excellence (CoE) embedded in the Core Business Services (CBS) team - experts in Business Process Management, Customer Relationship Management and specific business areas who can draw on numerous best practices and tools in their work. We are a standalone unit responsible for supporting the business and seeing even the most complex projects through to successful completion.

 

We bridge EY's overarching strategy and day-to-day operations, document lessons learned and best practices, and facilitate the reuse and adaptation of proven solutions to our various stakeholders. ·  Support the CoE to execute on EY’s Account Management Framework (AMF), assist in tracking action items and updating relationship map
·  Drive account management for selected key accounts through sales and program management, account communications and administration under leadership of the Account Management Leader (CoE) and in close collaboration with the (Global) Client Service Partner
·  Work with the CSP and account team to achieve the goals for Swiss revenue, margin and sales/pipeline
·  Assist in developing account onboarding needs of the account team forselected key accountswhich may include maintaining appropriate materials and conducting onboarding Sessions
·  Contribute to the Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) process by analyzing reports and creating client deliverables
·  Deliver and enable Exceptional Client Service (ECS) in all external and internal encounters
·  Coordinate client/EY account relationships and actively maintain relationship information in EY’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
·  Act as a project manager for specific account activity
·  Manage the account pipeline process in collaboration with the CoE team and drive discipline across team
·  As part of the CoE serve as subject matter expert for all information related toselected key accountsand assist with communications — both internal to the CoE (newsletters, sharepoint sites, etc.) and external to the client (value scorecards, client deliverables, etc.)
·  May act as a peer or mentor to new Account Coordinators
·  Working location Basel, Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich

 

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

 

·  A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree or equivalent relevant experience
·  Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience (eg. Sales or Marketing role) gained within a global multinational company in Switzerland (work permit in Switzerland a must)
·  Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English and German
·  Effective influencing and relationship building skills
·  Strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
·  Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
·  Proactive self-starter with a committed team-oriented attitude  
·  Knowledge of account management processes and tools beneficial
·  Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry sector
·  Proven ability to work effectively under-pressure and to manage conflicting stakeholder
and work demands
·  Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
