  Key Responsibilities

As a Manager you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement M&A services for large companies or can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. This will also include identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches. You will provide evaluating and validating analysis and develop recommendations for the client.

 

 

 

  The core Human Capital capabilities we bring to the M&A lifecycle include:

M&A Transaction Services:   Perform Human Capital Operational Due Diligence including deal risks associated with HR operations and technology, organizational culture, HR program design, and broad labor and talent.

Post-Merger Integration (PMI) & Divestiture –HR function integration, including compensation, benefits, HR operations and technology, HR strategy, talent and culture, HR functional build-up and supporting the broader enterprise-wide integration efforts, including change management, organization design, and workforce transition.   

Managers will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement M&A services for large companies or can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.

Manager level responsibilities include: providing superior client service by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.

Preferred Requirements:

·  A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience with Human Capital Mergers and Acquisitions, restructuring or divestitures
·  In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills:
·  Strong oral and written communication skills
·  Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
·  Strong project management skills
·  Experience in an HR function or acting in the role of an HR Business Partner
·  Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
·  Strong analytical skills

 

Required Skills:

·  Bachelor’s Degree
·  A minimum of 5 years consulting and/or industry experience
·  Ability to travel 50-70%
