Job description



Identity and access management provides generally services globally to all countries. Identity and access management (IAM) is the process used in businesses and organizations to grant or deny employees and others authorization to secure systems. IAM is an integration of work flow systems that involves organizational think tanks who analyze and make security systems work effectively. Policies, procedures, protocols and processes are all linked to IAM. Identity and security applications are also important considerations.

 

IAM verifies user access requests and either grants or denies permission to protected company materials. It also deals with various administrative functions including password problems and helps oversees employee identity management. Standards and applications of IAM include the maintenance of user life cycles, various application accesses and singular logons.

 

 

What are you going to do?

 

· 
Take accountability for effective resolution/tracking/monitoring of any type of requests (SN, toolset, escalation box, shared mailbox email, direct email, chat) along with reviewing regular quality while working with admins other epocs/leads or teams as deemed necessary by ensuring timely and proper follow up done with customers either via email or ticket on a day to day basis.

Bring trend analysis/reports/reporting issues to leads/other teams (if required) on frequent basis either monthly/weekly/daily as required.

· 
Provideoperational support guidance.

· 
Collaborate with colleagues in other regions and countries.

· 
Coordinate and follow up on user account administration customer inquiries and secure account access issues in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures.

· 
Act as first and second tier (Level 1 and 2) technical support for customer account inquiries in effectively resolving or escalating incidents and inquiries related to access or account management services support across multiple environments and technology platforms.

· 
Act as first point of escalation for any request for respective function.

· 
Determine if a request/incident needs to be escalated according to priority and severity.

· 
Identify Incidents/SR’s for review and Trend Analysis come with observation for further actions on monthly basis.

· 
Participate in Incident review following major Incidents.

· 
Escalate all process issues to the Leads and next levels as required.

· 
Maintain day to day responsibility for the ownership and resolution (including any referral or escalation as may be necessary) of issues (Incidents/SR/tasks) which arise in connection with EIM Services.

· 
Act as point of contact for team and customers in absence of Regional lead.

· 
Periodically review and update global process documentation and knowledge materials.

· 
Conduct operation-level troubleshooting activities to identify and implement efficient incident resolution action that minimizes end user and/or system downtime.

· 
Conduct proper root cause analysis and make recommendations to improve IAM processes or prevent future occurrence of end user access issues.

· 
Execute assigned activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) which governs user account provisioning and other aspects such as “length of time to resume services” requirements.

What do we need from you?

 

· 
Good interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.

· 
Experience on multiple assignments in a fast -paced and highly challenging environment.

· 
Understanding of security and technology.

· 
Advanced knowledge on Active Directory, IAM Automation Tools like OIM or MIM will be added advantage.

· 
Time management skills to prioritize workload and work through assignments and activities with efficiency and minimal supervision.

· 
Approximately 3-5 years of Security Administration experience in support of IT products or User account management and working knowledge of large IT organization operations.

· 
People management experience of minimum 1 year with proven success.

· 
Advanced English skills written and oral.

· 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

· 
Any professional certifications like ITIL v2 or v3 foundation, MCITP, MCSE will be an added advantage.

 

 

Shift: Monday to Friday from 12 to 9 PM.
