HR Business Partner Trainee (m/f) – June 2021 - 6 months minimum

The opportunities: your next adventure awaits

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR Business Partner team. Your responsibilities will include:

·  Participating in the integration and onboarding process of new hires;
·  Participating in the day to day HR Business Partner activities, and support the team with the administrative tasks;
·  Formalizing HR processes and procedures;
·  Participating in different HR projects;
·  Providing periodic reports and statistics;
·  Supporting the organization of the evaluation process.

All these tasks will be done in close relations with the HR team members and our internal clients.

·  Qualifications :eligibility requirements include the following:
·  You follow a Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources or similar;
·  You are fluent in English and French (German will be considered as an asset); 
·  You are rigorous, organized, proactive and detail oriented;
·  You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs;
·  You are able to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality;
·  You have excellent communication skills and you are a flexible team worker
·  You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
