Supply Hub Sweden is a part of EMEA Supply within Ericsson Business Area Supply responsible for developing and managing the global end to end supply chains for Radio Networks products throughout the entire product life cycle.
Supply Chain Planner
Job Summary
Owns and creates the global and Market Area (MA) Supply plan including Flexibility Requirement. Prepare S&OP scenario analyses so S&OP stakeholders can make strategic and tactical decisions. Sets and monitors the global, MA, Production site/platform or local plan over specified time periods and planning points. To enable the dimensioning of resources to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost, and capital. Proposes capacity investments.
Job description
A Supply Chain Planner is responsible for handling customer orders and works to fulfill our customers demand as well as planning of kit production. The role includes efficient management of order planning, managing potential escalations and master data management. You will work closely with inbound and be the customers voice internally. An innovative mind-set is crucial to simplify work using the latest technology as well as meeting future competence requirements within Supply Chain Management.
The main responsibility will include, but not be limited to:
• Order planning according to customer demands
• Planning of product packages (kit)
• Ensuring highest focus on customer deliveries
• Work with continuous improvements
• Secure quality in our internal processes to optimize way of working
Competence
Formal education required:
• Master of Science or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Fluent in English
• Basic product knowledge
• Experience from logistics and/or production
• Experience from supply and global logistics
• Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
• Team player with highly developed customer focus
• Innovative mind-set and energy contributing to most efficient supplier set-ups
• Highly developed ability to act and drive own work as well as flexibility to act quickly towards potential material constraints
• Structured way of working, analytic and able to handle great number of activities in a parallel
• Good understanding of dependencies and consequences related to costs, inventory, scrap and similar
• Background in Supply Management preferable
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
