We are now looking for a Solution Architecht – Transmission , who will be responsible for end-to-end integration of the Transport technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Tranmission resources for deployment, configuraiton & customer acceptance.

Deploy & drive end-to-end technical solutions in Microwave & Optical technologies.

Strong team player capable to support Integration teams in troubleshooting during deployment & Migration Phases of Project on product, performance & solution level.

Ensure 1 st time Right Methods and deliver Project Milestones as per agreed timelines secure customer acceptance.

Travel and work in Customer Project Locations and work across cross-domain teams.

Domain Experience:

·  Working Experience in Transmission NMS, PDH and SDH equipment’s, Configuring L2/L3 layer switches, NMS visibility, TCP/IP Planning.

Hands-on experience with various Transmission PDH and SDH Equipment (MINILINK-E, HICAP, TRAFFIC NODE, DXX, AXX, CERAGON, NEC, and RADWIN MICROWAVE EQUIPMENT) and ECI (BG20, BG30, BG40 & XDM100), Huawei.

·  Working experience on various troubleshooting tools like BER Meter, Ethernet tester, wire shark tool etc for troubleshooting.
·  Involve in Link Design & Planning, Network Optimization, and preparation of Link budget using Path Loss 5
·  Strong hands-on in Optical Networks, DWDM, Access/Aggregation Routers, SDH/PDH Mux etc, Integration, Configuration & Services Migration in Ericsson or 3PP nodes
·  Strong hands-on in Microwave Integration & Configuration of new Hops, Upgrades XPIC of in Ericsson or 3PP nodes
·  MW VLAN & DCN design understanding including integration with PoPs & NMS
·  Solid IPv4 & IPv6 fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot e2e transport network
·  Proven experience in large volume of Microwave & Optical rollouts & swaps
·  Good Network level knowledge of 2G,3G&4G interfaces & functionalities
·  Hands-on experience in QoS implementation

Education: BE / BTech - ECE / IT / CS Years of experience: 10 to 15 Years
