We provide equipment, software and services to enable transformation through mobility.The Project Support Office (PSO) Analyst is a role within Ericsson Network Services, UK Project Support Office (PSO) The Project Support Office support both Programmes and Projects on varying aspects within the Project Management lifecycle. This role will help drive cost savings by avoiding inefficiencies, and improved communications and ways of working. Typical stakeholders would be Project Managers, Customer Project Managers (CPMs), Line Managers and other members of the Project Support Office.
The PSO Analyst purpose is to support the Customer Project Manager in Project Administration, Project Planning and/or project Quality Management area. You will help deliver transformation projects that enable our clients to adapt to changing market conditions and remain competitive. As a PSO Analyst you will apply a combination of strong interpersonal and analystical skills to solve complex problems and deliver these solutions in to line operations. This will encompass the full project life cycle from design through to implementation. You should always be looking to improve speed, drive simplicity and efficiency within the Projects and PSO.

· Moderate understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting and tracking of stats and issues.
· Basic familiarity with SAP, EriDoc, EriColl and Global Chronos
